Schofield
is a pastry chef based in New York City.
She began working in kitchens at eighteen as a pastry assistant at the restaurant in the North Carolina Museum of Art, and returned to them several years later in New York at Saraghina Bakery, Flora Bar, King, and as the pastry chef at Marlow & Sons and Diner in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. She now works with private clients and brands to create desserts for weddings, events, private dinners, and other celebrations. Her work draws inspiration from rustic European flavors, and often uses seasonal fruit as decor.
